Purpose of processing

The data collected is used solely to respond to requests for quotes and information sent through the website's contact form.

Legal basis

Data processing is based on the legitimate interest of the data controller (responding to enquiries from prospective and existing clients) and on the user's consent when submitting the form.

Retention period

Personal data is kept for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact with the person concerned, in line with the recommendations of the CNIL (the French data protection authority).

Recipients of the data

The data collected is intended solely for La Pousterle de Sabran. It is never sold or passed on to third parties. It is hosted by our technical providers, acting as processors: Netlify, Inc. (website hosting and form handling) and Google LLC (email). The audience-measurement tools described below (Google, Microsoft) only receive data with your consent.

Transfers outside the European Union

Our providers Netlify, Google and Microsoft are based in the United States, so the data they process on our behalf may be transferred there. These transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, in particular the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act ("loi Informatique et Libertés"), you have the following rights:

Cookies and audience measurement

Your choices

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline audience measurement. No measurement tool is loaded unless you accept. Your choice is stored in your browser for 6 months (via localStorage), after which you will be asked again. You can change it at any time, here or with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

Google Analytics 4

This website uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID: G-F0D3LEF2Z9), provided by Google LLC, for audience measurement.

Data collected: pages viewed, length of visit, traffic source, device type and browser. The IP address is anonymised before any processing.
Retention period: 14 months, in line with the CNIL's recommendations.
Only with your consent — GA4 is loaded only after you click “Accept” in the banner; “Decline”, or withdrawing your consent, disables it.
Opt-out via Google — you can also install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Microsoft Clarity

The website also uses Microsoft Clarity, provided by Microsoft Corporation, to understand how the site is used (heatmaps, anonymised session recordings). The data is aggregated and anonymised, and cannot be used to identify an individual visitor. Recordings automatically mask any sensitive content entered in form fields.

Retention period: 13 months maximum.
Only with your consent — Clarity is loaded only after you click “Accept”; “Decline” disables it.
